the hotel's proximity to the airport terminals made early morning flights stress-free. i walked directly to my gate without needing a shuttle or taxi. the room had blackout curtains, and this allowed me to sleep soundly despite the airport activity. the bed was firm and supportive, ensuring a restful night.
i found the hallway lighting to be somewhat dim.

my trip was at 8:30, and i was coming from fort lauderdale. they have toiletries, and this helped a lot!!!
the locks had been changed on our floor, and i was given the wrong type of room card.

the hotels location were literally inside the airport. getting to my flight only took ten minutes i think. karen at the front desk avoided the waitlist because i have childrens and she helped us with a pack and play.
it's difficult to find the reception area i think. the receptionist not willing to give me the evidence from the payment which was unfortunate. no invoice or payment slip were provided. when i went back the cashier were closed already.

the front desk staff was amazing, especially alex and daniel. they made the check-in process fast and effortless. i particularly appreciated how professional and polite everyone was.
the signage within the terminals to the hotel was not clear. it was a bit challenging to find my way around initially.
